Some products – such as transparent films, metal tins, or items with custom filling – are generally not available for online ordering, as they require manual review or processing (e.g., adding a white underlay or coordinating the filling). These orders are therefore handled outside the online shop through our sales team.

No, you don’t need to include mandatory information in your design. We take care of all legally required details—like nutritional information, best-before dates, and distributor information—on every product. To ensure readability, these details are placed either semi-transparently or on a white background, regardless of your design.

No, uploading finished print files is not possible. However, you can fully customize your product using the configurator. We provide design templates as a helpful starting point, which you can freely modify. Let your creativity run wild and create your product exactly as you envision it—quickly and easily.
