Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email – including your delivery date.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, every order comes with an invoice, regardless of the selected payment method. For prepayment orders, the invoice will show that the amount has already been paid.
What payment methods are available?
If you are a promotional products reseller and have special payment terms with us, these will automatically apply when you select “Invoice” as your payment method. In our online shop, you can also pay conveniently via PayPal, credit card, or instant bank transfer.

I am a promotional products reseller – how do I get access to the online shop?
To take advantage of your special reseller conditions, please contact your JUNG sales representative. After your shop access has been activated, you’ll receive a registration email where you can set your personal password.
To which countries do you deliver?
At the moment, online orders can only be placed from Germany and Austria. If you are located in another country, please contact your JUNG sales representative for assistance.
Can I order with express shipping?
At the moment, express orders cannot be placed online. If you require express delivery, please contact your sales representative directly.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the quantity and volume of your order. The exact amount will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout according to your delivery address.
Can I track my order?
Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
How long does delivery take?
As a general rule, delivery takes 10–20 working days after we receive your order – depending on production capacity, it may be even faster.
Why is my preferred filling or item missing from the configurator?
If a certain variant is not displayed in the configurator, it is currently not available online. Please contact your sales representative for further information.
Is it possible to enter my own quantity?
Currently, you can select from the available quantity tiers. We're working on giving you more flexibility for entering individual quantities in the future.
Which declaration language should I select?
Please choose the language used in the country you're shipping to.
You can choose between German, Danish, English, French, Finnish, Dutch, Norwegian, and Swedish.
Can I provide my own manufacturer’s proof?
Yes, this is possible for many products. If you have a custom manufacturer’s declaration saved in our system, it will automatically appear for all compatible items.
My manufacturer’s declaration is not displayed – what could be the reason?
For certain products – such as Fairtrade-certified items or non-food products – you cannot upload your own manufacturer’s declaration.
How long are items kept in my shopping cart?
Your designed product stays in your shopping cart for 2 days. After that, it will be automatically removed.
Is it possible to edit my designed product after adding it to the cart?
Changes are not possible after adding the product to the cart. Please delete the item from your cart and configure it again to make any adjustments.
Do I have to include mandatory information in my design?
No, you don’t need to include mandatory information in your design. We take care of all legally required details—like nutritional information, best-before dates, and distributor information—on every product. To ensure readability, these details are placed either semi-transparently or on a white background, regardless of your design.
Why does the best-before date (BBD) show as ‘XX.XX.XXXX’ in the print preview?
The final best-before date is determined after print approval and automatically included in the print files.
Do I need to upload finished print files?
No, uploading finished print files is not possible. However, you can fully customize your product using the configurator. We provide design templates as a helpful starting point, which you can freely modify. Let your creativity run wild and create your product exactly as you envision it—quickly and easily.
Can I see what my product will look like with the print before placing my order?
Yes. In the editor, most products feature a rotatable and zoomable 3D model next to the design template. You can also click the “Preview/Cart” button to see your finished design and download the proof file.
How can I receive a print proof?
You can download your proof in the print preview. Once the design has been approved, downloading it will no longer be possible.
Will I receive an email with the proof?
No, the proof is not sent by email – you can simply download it yourself in the print preview.
How do I give print approval?
You can give your print approval directly in the print preview. By checking the box, you confirm that your approval is binding. After this step, we will no longer carry out a visual check of your print data.
What if I notice an error in the proof after giving print approval?
Once print approval has been given, no further changes are possible because the order goes straight to print without additional review. If you’d like your proof to be checked beforehand, you can still place your order through your JUNG sales representative.
